How does one go about reviewing a movie for
70s Rewind?

I have written about 20 movie reviews for websites such as imdb.com, amazon.com, tv.com, and nytimes.com., so I'm an old hand at it.

I welcome your advice.

Easy - and thanks in advance!

What you need to do is go to the home page (HERE). At the top there's a few menu items, and under Contact Us, you'll see Movie Page Writers.

Clicking on that link will walk you through the process and give you some handy hints - of course, the best way to get a feel for what we look for is to read some of the many other reviews we have. It also has a link to our submission engine, which is pretty straight forward to use.

It's best to keep another browser window open at the IMDB page for the movie, as some of their information (such as their unique movie identifier (a 7-digit number in the URL for the page) is required, and other stuff like spelling character names is easier when you can reference them.

Once the reviews are written and submitted, they don't automatically appear - we need to check some stuff and test links, as well as protecting ourselves against any possible plagiarism or unsuitable content. Once this is done, Nick will put the review up on the site and let you know it's live!

Thanks again, and I look forward to reading your reviews!
