In Easy Money (1983), I am looking for the name of some music playing in the scene of the movie where Julio is getting preparing his and Allison's honeymoon suite for the action ahead. While the music is playing, Julio is tilting the mirror down toward the bed, so he can see himself in the mirror, and then he puts change into the machine to make the bed vibrate later on. As soon as Allison opens the bathroom door and Julio sees her standing there in her nighty, he presses stop on the cassete player, and the music stops. The song is not on the soundtrack and I don't think it is in the ending credits. It is an instrumental, and sounds sort of like latin dance music. Does anyone know the title of this instrumental? , I have tried to find it, but I am starting to think it is impossible? [Confused]

Hey Lynn! Great scene you're talking about. Probably one of my favorites from Easy Money. Julio was beyond ridiculous! As for the song you're looking for, I've seen it listed online two different ways. One is as "Julio's Honeymoon" by Laurence Rosenthal and the other is "Teach Me Tonight." I had the song at one point. Someone from IMDB sent it to me but I no longer have it for some reason. I actually sent it to Devo a while ago, since he is quite possibly the biggest Easy Money fan out there [Smile] ! Hopefully he still has the song. Perhaps he can help you...

What do you say D-Man? Do you gots the goods?? [Cool]

Devolution here,

Yes, I have the song. I will help you out. I don't lose things unlike my friend Ms. Mancini. If there are any other questions, I know all about this movie, since it was mostly filmed on Staten Island where I live. It is Rodney Dangerfields greats movie bar none.

I know for sure that the title is not "Julio's Honeymoon" because I have the soundtrack. Maybe it is "Teach Me Tonight" because it is not on the soundtrack, yet it is in the ending credits. I thought "Teach Me Tonight" was some old fashioned piece of music with words in it???????

I listened to several different versions of "Teach Me Tonight" and that is not the song that I am looking for. You guys know which music I am talking about, right? It is not the background music that is playing (titled "Julio's Honeymoon" by Laurnece Rosenthal) when Julio is telling Allison that sad story about the guy that died on his honeymoon-because the woman would not allow him to consummate the marriage.

I am trying to find the music that Julio (Taylor Negron) is playing from a casette tape in the silver boom box that he brings to the hotel room with him. It is that music that is upbeat, and sounds like it belongs in a porn flick. [Embarrassed] [Frown]
