It starts with police officers shooting an oriental man in the desert. He somehow walks to an area where a woman is up a telephone pole checking the equipment. She sees him fall and goes to his aid to where he transfer his spirit into her. She then becomes a ninja that goes and kills the cops that shot him. She falls for a cop that was there but didnt fire his weapon. Another ninja is looking for him and soon realizes that the spirit of the other is in her. She doesn't remember doing the killings but has lots of bruises. The end of the movie has the spirit fighting the ninja at a temple training spot where the bad spirit takes over the temple. I can remember the whole movie just not the name.

I do believe that was the last movie that Lucinda D*ckey (Breakin' and Breakin' 2) made before she quit acting completely to be some film producers wife.
