This is a long shot because I've been searching on and off for years and have come up with nothing yet. This is a movie from the '80s (if not, the VERY early '90s) I saw, of which, I remember very little.
I do, however, remember a scene of a frat/sorority party going on where there were two young boys (not old enough to be at the party) underneath the floor boards looking up the women's skirts through a vent. One of them loudly whispers, "Skank alert!", and the other says, "Let me see... let me see the skank", the the first kid doesn't seem willing to let him look. Sulking, the second kid says, "I found the hole".
Then, one of the college guys at the party falls and knocks over a beer keg and drenches the kids underneath.
I think there's another scene where the sorority girls are faking orgasm, maybe in a contest type thing. It's been 25 years since I saw the movie, so I really can't remember much. Hope this is enough for the '80s movie buffs to go on. Thanks!

Thanks for checking, aTomiK. I suppose the "Skank alert" comment will be what distinguishes it from all those other movies where guys are trying to look up women's skirts. Plus the fact that these boys are around 12 years old, and are not actors in their 20s trying to play teenagers.

I don't remember anything else, unfortunately, since I never saw the whole movie: only the girls faking orgasm and the "Skank alert" upskirt boys. I was hoping that phrase alone would make it recognisable to someone who'd actually seen the movie. I saw it on USA Up All Night (if you know what that was) in the early '90s.

Thanks a lot, Jakey V and P_a_u_l for those links. I've had the link below for a few years, and have gone through about it about half way, but haven't yet found it. I think out of growing continually discouraged, I finally gave up until I found this forum. Plus, I know my list isn't complete because another movie I'd been looking for, but can't yet find is The Girl I Want which isn't even on that list.
Jakey, your link also has a PDF document seems to contain air dates and everything, so I'm pretty the movie I'm looking for is on there. Now I have something new that'll keep me busy for a while, along with a new-found confidence that I'll find what I'm looking for. Thanks so much again.
