Hi all,

I'm a HUGE 80s nut. Nearly everything about that decade endears to me like no other period. Most of the movies and music that I've shortlisted as personal favourites come from between 1979-1993.

That said, there is a movie which I only vaguely remember and therefore don't know the name of. I'm not certain whether it's an 80s film, but it certainly looked like one! There's a particular scene which sticks in my mind. In it, an elderly couple are in their apartment at night and an alien/computer-like creature is hovering towards the window. The creature looks a bit like that hovering robot, Weebo, in Robin Williams' "Flubber" (1997).

I'm sorry that the description I gave isn't much to go on. I saw the film a long time ago as a child and that scene was the only one which I remember. It'd be great if someone can help me identify that film [Smile]

Thanks in advance!

YES!!! That's it! That's the film I was after!

Thank you so much!!!

I'm shocked that you guys can identify the film with such a vague description! Maybe I'm not a full 80s nut just yet [Wink]
