I am unsure if this is a 70's or 80's movie and I can only remember a few parts of the film. The is a man hitchiking near the start of the film - he is wearing a yellow mac. I think he turns out to be a clone (possibly of the main guy in film). Another part the clone is trying to get woman who has locked herself in car outside the house, he is foaming at the mouth. At the end of the film the boy is fighting his clone in a barn and he wins. He is taken away in an ambulance and turns out ambulance is been driven by another clone.

A superb boxset Charlie Boy & The Silent Scream are amongst my fave!

I remember these from my childhood and they scared me then, even today they are still disturbing to watch, in fact my wife refuses to watch them and in particular the episode called Children of the full moon!

Silent scream is my favourite. The other ones you mentioned are great too and another I really like is Rude Awakening. There's only a couple in the set that I didn't think were very good, The Thirteenth Reunion and The House That Bled To Death.
