I saw this on www.bloody-digusting.com who read it on www.dvdanswer.com

never thought I'd see the day when MGM would release its truly disturbing (that this was even made) The Garbage Pail Kids Movie- if you've seen it you might be infected. (If it's not an April Fools Day joke) DVD Answers broke the news this morning, "MGM Home Entertainment has finally announced the release of The Garbage Pail Kids Movie for the 12th of July. The disc will feature a 1.85:1 anamorphic widescreen transfer along with an English Dolby Digital Mono soundtrack and the films theatrical trailer. You can expect the disc to retail for around $14.95 when it hits stores. Read on for the region one package artwork...

I think... I mean I saw it again on my old VHS copy and the film IS pretty bad but I'll probably pick it up on DVD - the memories associated with it are all good.

Do you remember the cards and toys about some dolls similar to the cabage patch kids but in a very disgusting manner?

Devolution here,

FYI most of the characters were taken from the second series of cars if I recall correctly.
