[Frown] [Frown] [Frown]

Muffy is flying back across the country now, what a bummer.

We had so much fun together, it is hard to believe she was here a whole week just about.
It went by so fast.

I am so glad I got to hang with my Rewind buddies, it could not have been any better.

It is going to be so different now.

It has been weird not posting hardly at all on the Rewind this past week, we did keep checking in to see what was happening.

It sounds like alot of the rest of you all had a great Halloween....I wanna know how Rainbowbrite's slumber went, and if Mamamiasweetpeaches actually dressed up???

I can't believe it is the beginning of November, and Thanksgiving is on a few weeks off. WOW!!

Prizes....Let's see...

we had a pumpkin carving contest...it was so awesome, we tried to post pictures on here but they came in so huge.

My brother in law did one, that was a giant pumpkin, and had another little pumpkin inside it's mouth and he used glowsticks for inside the little pumpkin, and my son did one that was of a wolf howling, with a moon around it, and Muffy's was awesome, and all the kids brought one too.

I gave every kid a McDonalds gift certificate thing who brought me a pumpkin.

I had two games for adults.
1 of the prizes was a gift basket-it was a metal bucket with a pumpkin face cut out and I had put in it- Halloween-the 25th anniversary on DVD and Nightmare on Elm street DVD in it, and popcorn, and movie style candy....

I gave out this Home Interiors Lamp that had pumpkins on it.

The kids...I gave Wal-Mart gift cards out for 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize-for the pumpkin carving contest, 1st prize was $25.

I gave treat bags, that had little microwaveable popcorn in them, and all kinds of goodies, and I made those plastic hands, and filled them with candy corn and cheese balls.

I gave the arcade game out- that has the Pac-Man, and Dig Dug and Galaxan games on it.

I gave out a Scooby Doo Halloween DVD

a spongebob Halloween vhs

a Halloween kick ball set

and we did a game where you had to wrap your partner in a roll of toilet paper, I gave out giant Hershey bars on that one.

We did a game where you passed an apple with your neck, and the winning tream all got a Halloween pencil.

It was lots of fun.

Wow, sounds like a great party! I didn't manage to get any pictures of my party. [Frown] It wasn't much, but we had great fun, and a load of candy. Huzzah!

Bummer about Muffy leaving, but on the bright side, I'm sure she's glad to be home. [Smile]

Hey Muffy!! I miss you!!! Boo Hoo.... [Frown]

It is hard to believe that just one week ago, we were on our way to cindymancini's and freaking out over the Vintage Video store.

I really wanna try and watch Oxford Blues soon.

It was so fun, all the little girls all thought Muffy was adorable, it was so neat...Muffy was like the big sister, she was helping the one girl put her fake fingernails on with her Devil costume, and Muffy crimped her hair for her.

Everyone went trick or treating for the beginning part of the party.

Then we ate and ate and ate, and then we played games...we played hot potato, and the Limbo, and a game where you wrap each other in toilet paper, and this other game I love, where you are blind folded in a chair, and you have a bowl full of cottonballs, and you get 3 tries to get as many on your head with a spoon as you can, that game is so funny, your not allowed to use your other hand to hold them on.

Then we watched movies later, and we all crashed.

It was so cool. Me and Muffy went shopping for party food at Wal-Mart, and cruised around listening to songs like Rebel Yell and Weird Science!!! It really was like being a kid again.

The one night my friend came over, and we cooked dinner, and hung out, and girl talked and it reminded me of stuff I did as a teenager, I would do it all again in a heartbeat too.

Muffy is soooo cute!!!

Me and Muffy decided that me and her and Gail were like Charlie's Angels!!! The originals...

Muffy= Sabrina
Cindy= Jill
Me= Kelly

My husband brought a new Crossfire home from work, and I took some pictures of Muffy doing her Charlie's Angels moves in front of the car...I tried to get her to do the whole Tawney Kitaen/ Whitesnake video thing...like from the 1985 video....but she was going for any of it....

but those pictures would be cool to post, but she'd have killed me...... [Wink] [Big Grin] [Razz]

Oh...on the way home from Cindy's, the radio was playing all 80's music!!! We were singing to Milli Vanilli, it was way cool!!!

Geeze girl! Your too sweet! Sorry I gotta take a sec and wipe the tears from my eyes... [Smile]

I had so much fun last week.....I have to go back to work today....not looking forward to it!

Isis one thing I definatly learned about you is how gracious and beautiful you are! Such a geunine heart you have..... [Smile]

Also when Isis sticks food in your face "here try this" you better eat it cause you won't win....don't even try and get yourself a soda or anything either cause she'll race you and knock you down in the process so you don't have to get up!!!! She's that sweet! Goof!

Your a Goof Muffy!!

It is true, nobody should try and resist me when I stick food in their face, it has been done several times before, but it ain't pretty when people attempt it.

Hey...a party is about having fun and eating junk, and goofing around, so you can't fight fun.

Hopefully soon, there will be a picture coming of the 3 of us, that turned out way cool.

Muffy's crossfire photo is awesome, she looks like Daisy Fuentes, in the picture I have of her...she would die if I posted it, but I feel like bragging how cute she is, because her past Rewind photos look nothing like her in real life, infact I think she posted pictures of someone else before, because they don't do her any justice like she really looks!!

I totally thought the whole Rewind connection was way cool, allthough both Muffy and me had a hard time telling our "real life" friends, where we meet, because we felt like "goofs"...we feel more like we knew each other from high school.

But, my son made a big announcement at the Halloween party, when his teacher showed up, he said " this is my mom's best friend off the internet", it was like dead quiet, and everyone was looking at us like...huh?? So, I had to fill them all in.

It is pretty cool, I know it can be scary meeting people you don't know, and I sure am not recommending that for everyone to do, but this turned out so well, that I have no regrets about any of it. Maybe some day more of us will get together.
