You guys really wanna know what I am going to be....hopefully I will be able to show pictures..

I wanted to do something with ValleyGirl, so I bought these black Valley Girl shirts(1 for me-1 for Muffy) and I got a mask that I was going to give my mom to wear, because she was going to wear a sweatshirt that had little Halloween kitties on it, so my husband brings home this mask a few nights ago, and it is a black velvet cat mask with whiskers, and I put it on, and it's like sooooo cute! So...I thought hmmmmmmmmmmm....what can I do with this, and then BAM! It hit me!

I am going to be VALLEYCAT for Halloween!!

Isn't that hysterical.

I told my mom tough luck for her, but she said she found this cool fiber optic white wig....so I had this long white dress that I was going to try turning in to an Isis costume last year...and I said that would go perfect with that, and I'll make up her face.

My brother-in-law showed me his costume, and it is hysterical...my husband's is too, they are taking all the kids out for about 1 hour trick or treating before the party.

Do it mamamia....it is so fun, last year my one friend didn't wear a costume, and she was then bummed out when everyone else had one on...so of course I have lots of stuff to come up with something, and her and her boyfriend dressed up, and their whole attitude about everything changed ...they had a blast. Everyone dresses up that comes here. It is fun...just to even go more wild on the make up and get away with it, is fun.

I am not very wild in the real world, it is true I don't even change my hair style...outta of fear...so to just make my hair all wild looking or layer on the eye shadow...it is all fun, there's always like 10 of us, guys and girls trying to get ready in different rooms of my house when it is party time, and it is so FUN.

I have always said "The year I dont dress up is the year I admit defeat and I admit I'M OLD!!!!"
I had a really bad year (Personal problems) and I gained some weight (always a bad thing) I'm really hopin I can do the Halloween thing.....if not....its like puttin GRAY HAIR ON THE HEAD!!!!!
I know alot of you people dont take this seriously....but for me dressing up on Halloween is such a BIG DEAL.
Okay.....y'know what would make me HAPPY?????
If EVERYONE out there vowed to DO IT.....
I dont care if it means putting "cats ears" or "devils horns" on your heads....
if you guys all swear to do it....
then I'll do it too.......
(I wanna see at leat 20 efforts by noon Oct. 31st...)

I'll have 20, just at my house alone.

If it is something you love to do and it makes you happy, then do it, cause you'll regret it later. So what if you put on a little weight, who hasn't?? Your still you, and when things like that bum ya out...don't get wrapped up in it...keep on doing everything that makes you happy, because if you don't it only creates a bitter cycle of being bummed.

HALLOWEEN is the best holiday ever, it is all about FUN to me.

Muffy is dressing up too. So, there's at least 2 of us, and so is Rainbowbrite for her party, and I heard others already say they were.

I get bummed thinking about my son getting too old for Halloween, but then I think...who says you have to be a kid?? Lots of places have all adult parties....you can actually get more creative.

There are some awesome Halloween decorating books out there, to do out of this world glamorous type parties, and I think down the road, that might be the direction I want to head towards.

The holidays are what I live for, and we all get older, but while you can...enjoy every minute.
