We just bought it today, and we were all doing it. It is so cool. Does anyone else have it?

I think it is awesome that they finally came up with a video game that will help you LOSE weight.

It will calculate your weight and height and tell you your BMI...and how much you need to lose...and it will put you on a fitness program.

Tonight I was playing soccer...and I did the hula hoop for awhile. The soccer is funny...you have to go from side to side and hit the balls with your head...and then they throw shoes and panda bear heads at you and you have to duck, or it will deduct a point...that was so funny.

You can do Yoga , and Ski, and my son was jogging with it...you jog in front of the board-not on it...and it knows when you slow down, you have to keep up with your trainer...and if you use your arms, it goes faster.

My son was actually sweating ...while doing it.

I think it is great. He said he'll do it every day.

I was actually shocked that my bmi was way lower than what I thought it would be...so that was good news to me. But...it told me my Wii age was 55 ! My son's age was 27, my husband was 57...and my mom who is only 60 she was 75. So we were all way older than what we really are...which is not good.

I love wii fit and have been a regular user since it came out. When you do the full fitness program instead of the games you really do feel like you are getting a good work out.

I just hope they come up with some more uses for the board though as a full on ski or skateboarding game using it would be amazing.
