Devolution here,

I have to admit, I'm kind of a junkie for Sci Fi TV series, dating all the way back to V. I never liked Star Trek, but to each his own

More recently, Firefly was great, and I like buffy as well, and then came

Terminator - The Sarah Conner Chronicles

I was a bit skeptical based on the fact that I knew it was going to be a series that existed somewhere between Terminator 2 and 3. (Much like Superman Returns being between Superman 2 and 3)But much to my surprise, this might be the greatest movie spinoff that I have ever seen become a TV series.

First of all the actors are excellent. The Strong female characters, are complimented by a good chararcter for John Conner, and the best thing is that this show was made at the right time.

The best parts of the show are the action and the appropriate use of the Terminators without making them seem like they can do everything. The show makes intelligent moves, and constantly has different directions that you are trying to guess where it is going. But the thing is that it doesn't feel like you are waiting forever for conclusion or advancement, like LOST.

I highly recommend the DVD of the series that came out. I think that the second season holds a lot of promise because of the writers strike that left the show with a lot of questions.

As for the show, I feel that it has massive potential.

On a scale of walk by it to get it now, I say if you love the movie, get it now.

Today is the last day it's on sale.

I love my sci-fi too. Firefly was awesome and the new Battlestar Galactica was sooooo much better than I expected. Looking forward to watching this as I have ordered the boxset on Lovefilm...
