I remember Milton Berle being in the video for Ratts's Round and Round back in the day. Just wondering about others, Chevy Chase in you can Call Me Al also rings a bell. I know there were tons of others I just can't recall right now.

Hmmm...a few that I remember from the 80's:

Danny Aiello in Madonna's "Papa Don't Preach"

Keanu Reeves in Paula Abdul's "Hush, Hush"

Courtney Cox in Bruce Springsteen's "Dancing in the Dark"

Cyd Charisse, the Nicholas Brothers, and Cab Calloway in Janet Jackson's "Alright"

"Robin Williams" in Bobby McFerrin's "Don't Worry, Be Happy"

Never realised that Rodney Dangerfield was in a bit of Lionel Richie's Dancing On The Ceiling music video.

Here's another featuring a well known celebrity -

https://youtu.be/Zj7OJeyhq2Q - Going Down To Liverpool by The Bangles featuring the late great Leonard Nimoy.

And Randy Quaid makes a quick appearance in The Bangles Walking Down Your Street music video https://youtu.be/HvnV2jFeWNQ as well.
