Does anyone else like the songs Baker Street and Right Down the Line?? I love those 2 songs...those songs were 2 that my mom and Dad both loved...so they are very nostalgic for me.

I love Gerry Rafferty's songs, and not just the hit singles either! [Cool]

In 1972-1975, he was in a group called Stealer's Wheel, who had the hit song "Stuck In The Middle With You".

IMHO, his best solo albums are City To City (1978) and Night Owl (1979).

He recently came out with "Another World", his first album in six years.

The Foo Fighters did a cover of Baker Street a few years back. It's really good considering how some artists trash covers...

Devolution here,

I don't think it was the Foo Fighters, I could be wrong, but this cover was total crap.

I have heard other artists that I can't remember do covers of Baker Street. IMO, the Foos' cover was the best. I liked it better than the original. The original sounded so dull to me....
