Okay I know that it will be so difficult to choose on this one since there are two soundtracks.

I can't, I just can't do it. I love them all. But some that are close to my heart of course are: A Million Miles Away, Love My Way, Don't Put Another Dime in the Juke Box, Oh you know the one when they are all going to Hollywood and Randy just loves the song and Stacey hates it. I can't think of the name and I just listened to it this morning.

Oh of course-Melt with You!

I'll have to go with "Million Miles Away" but "Melt With You" is also very awesome.

ahhhhhhh Jess one of my favs.......well two of my favorite CD's!

I have to say the first wins though.

1. Million Miles Away - The Pilmsouls
2. Johnny, Are You Queer? - Josie Cotton
3. Eyes of a Stranger - Payola
4. Angst in My Pants - Sparks
5. Who Can It Be Now? - Men at Work
6. Everywhere at Once - The Plimsouls
7. I la la la Love You - Pat Travers's Black Pearl
8. He Could Be the One - Josie Cotton
9. Love My Way - The Psychedelic Furs
10. Jukebox (Don't Put Another Dime) - The Flirts
11. Fanatic - Felony
12. She Talks in Stereo - Gary Myrick and the Figures
13. Oldest Story in the World - The Plimsouls
14. School Is In - Josie Cotton
15. I Melt With You - Modern English

Track 1,4,9 and 10 being some of my favs!

I only wish they would have put two tracks from more music....on the first which were so key to Valley Girl....

Girls Like Me - Bonnie Hayes with The Wild Combo
Eaten By the Monster of Love - Sparks

If they'd done that the first sdtrk would be perfect!!!

I love the entire soundtrack too. I just listened to it 2 days ago. My favorite song is:

I La la la Love you

then

I Melt with You

then

He could be the one

but they are all great!!!

I am getting the urge to watch Valley Girl soon!

Devolution here,

Eaten by the Monster of Love, easily my favorite song. I do also happen to like Johnny are you queer? But I think it's more because I found the Josie Cotton album. Therefore I claim it as a reason to like the song.

I refuse to choose! I pick all and the repeat button.

I just had a strange vision of DEVO riding down the road in his convertible belting out "Johnny Are You Queer?"...

Oh yeah The Devster has a Mr. Microphone too. [Big Grin]
