Punxsutawney is my hometown, so this movie and this day of the year is very nostalgic to me, since that's what I grew up with...even though they did not film Groundhog Day (the movie) in Punxsutawney...they filmed it in Woodstock, IL. But, it's coming up in 2 days...so they will be playing the movie alot. My sister-in-law painted the mural on the inside of Punxsutawney Phil's house-where he lives. So, you might see pictures on TV of the town ....my sister-in-law and brother built a 28 foot high groundhog...so it might end up on TV too.

I just watched this again for the 100th time a few weeks ago. I never get tired of this one! One of my favorite Bill Murry movies.
