I'm looking for any movies that start with a guy and a girl who are are best friends. They fall in love and marry when they are adults.

Are there any of those?

I'm sure I saw a movie with this kind of plotline but I can't recall.

If anyone has an idea or knows a movie with a similar plot that they can recommend, please let me know!

There's a french movie called Love Me If You Dare that's something like that. It's a great movie.

What about 13 going on 30. That follows the plot line that you mentioned.
