I have to admit that I like the chemistry of Goldie Hawn and Mel Gibson. I don't think that this film was a big money maker but the story is cute enough. This movie still screams 80s to me though, it was released in 1990.
Rick and Marianne are reunited after 15 years apart. Rick has been in the witness protection program. Marianne has moved on with her life and is an attorney. Rick must get his life back in order and the only person that can help him is Marianne.
What do you all think about this film? Any takers on this one?

I agree with you that they had good chemistry together. They work well together. I like most of Goldie Hawn's movies with the exception of the Banger Sisters. I don't think that role suited her. There were a lot of funny parts in this movie. I like the part where she is in the shower and that roach jumps on her. That was too funny. Then when she forgot which switch she was supposed to flip at the zoo.

I really like this movie - it's one of those where the stars gel very well - just like Douglas and Turner in Romancing The Stone.

The movie was not very suitable for Susan Sarandon either!
