I thought this was a fantastic series. Sort of like a small screen Starship Troopers. The Hammerhead ships were awesome! They are one one of my favorite ship designs. I liked the space aircraft carriers too. It was a gritty futuristic war epic where Earth is being attacked by an alien race and we send our troops into outer space on flying aircraft carriers to wage war for the survival of humanity. I guess they knew the series was going to be cancelled and that's why they took the direction of killing off almost the entire cast. I read a while back that the series will be released on DVD towards the end of the year! I liked their 'Wildcards" unit patch. I may have to get one on e-bay.
