Every time I prepare a presentation in Google Slides, I feel like I forget small things – like formatting consistency, slide transitions, or checking the images. I usually only notice mistakes when I’m already presenting, which is too late. Is there a way to have a structured approach so nothing slips through the cracks?

There’s actually a Google Slides Checklist https://pandachecklist.com/view/google-slides-checklist that helps with exactly that. It goes step by step: checking slide layout, fonts, images, transitions, hyperlinks, and even details like reviewing speaker notes. It’s a simple but complete list you can run through before presenting. That way you don’t have to rely on memory – you just check each item off and know everything is ready.

That’s perfect, I always wanted a simple way to double-check my slides. Usually, I spend the night before tweaking details and still end up missing something. With a list like this, I can just calmly go through each point and not stress out before presenting. I’ll definitely add it to my prep routine for work meetings and uni projects. Thanks a lot for sharing, this is super useful.
