This is probably the hardest thing these days, I mean staying physically fit. Especially when working 10–12 hours at the computer has become the norm. About five years ago, I didn’t think about balanced nutrition or sleep at all—drinking too much coffee, eating on the go, sleeping 4–5 hours a night. At some point, my body gave out weird symptoms. That’s when I started digging into the topic and came across materials, which opened my eyes. It turned out that without proper sleep, no amount of good nutrition or exercise will help. Now I strictly follow a routine: 8 hours of sleep, scheduled meals, about 2.5 liters of water a day, gym 3 times a week. Plus, I decided to go for checkups here every six months. I mean it, folks, you should listen toyour bodies.
