Guys, who has had this situation — everything seems to be fine: you work, projects are going well, customers are happy. But inside there is always some kind of anxiety. Especially when you hand over a project on Laravel — you are afraid that there is a bug somewhere, that you missed something. You constantly scroll through the code in your head, you can’t relax even after a working day. I began to notice that I put off tasks, lose focus, get tired faster. Has anyone tried any applications or methods that really help not to get hung up? Not meditations "on YouTube", but something more practical and understandable. I would be grateful for any advice.

I had a very similar experience, especially when there is a lot of work on the project and deadlines are looming. I accidentally came across an article on techtimes.com — they talked about the Liven application. I tried it — it really helps. It is simple, first you answer questions, then short courses and trackers begin. I especially liked the section on building routines — I finally realized that you don’t have to keep everything in your head. It’s also convenient that you can track your mood. Sometimes you don’t even notice how tense you are. But then you see — aha, irritation for the third day. The app helps you understand what it’s connected with and how to support yourself.

It’s interesting, I haven’t heard of such apps, but the idea is sound. When your brain is constantly busy with code, especially if the framework is like Laravel, it can be difficult to “switch off”. I think many in IT have problems with this. If something really helps structure the day and track your state — that’s already good. I need to try it, maybe it will help me slow down a bit.
