Lately I started to feel like I was just stuck - everything seemed fine, work, everyday life, but inside there was some kind of constant tension. Friends advised me to "switch", to do sports, but nothing really helped. I came across the Сounselling Kitchener website by accident when I was looking for how therapy works. I liked that everything was explained there simply and humanely, without unnecessary abstruseness. I had never even thought before that consultations could be so humane and aimed specifically at your real feelings, and not at dry theories. I think I'll try - it definitely won't get any worse.
