I searched the boards already created, but I couldn't find the title of this movie. A little black boy is a detective, and kids run the world. When they get shot, they disentergrate. When they fight, they use "pow" and "bang" like the old Batman show. The final scene is in a mansion or somewhere. PLEASE tell me the name of this movie!
