first one is about kids take over their school and chain the doors on pto night or something,at the end they show the kids going off in a bus to reform school and some that got away waving to them on a bridge.
second one is about a driver with a fast car racing people,he is racing on back roads alot eluding police etc., at the end he is racing and goes across a railroad track and boom its all over a train crashes and blows up the car. and the credits roll.

The first one is indeed the semi-classic Over the Edge (1979).
The second one could be Vanishing Point (1971) but the car hits bulldozers instead of a train in that one.
