This was a very good made-for-tv action drama. Bud Whitman is a Vietnam veteran protecting his family ranch. US government wants the land and after Whitman won´t accept money, they try to take the land by force.
The cast is excellent:
Tommy Lee Jones, Dee Wallace Stone, Terry O'Quinn, Pat Hingle, Barry Corbin, Michael Paul Chan, Ben Johnson, Lyman Ward, Natalie Gregory and Joseph Gordon-Levitt in his first movie. This sure is one of Tommy Lee Jones´ best roles and Terry O'Quinn once again creates a character you love to hate.
Vietnam sequence, great characters you care about, great acting and cool locations.
Highly recommended!
