Hopefully valley will read this seeing as he seems pretty kick butt at figuring out titles so here goes. i saw this particular movie on tv back in 1992. Its an american movie and i only saw the end but this is what i saw... a teenager or very young man is on a horse in a forest and there is also a blonde girl with him, he gets shot off the horse and he dies. Thats all i can really remember. And if anyone can figure this out, your a legend forever in my books.

A bit of a long shot here, but could it be Timestalkers, from 1986?
Near the end of the film a man get shot off a horse and dies, but it's not in a forest.
