I don't remember much, but there's a boy and girl who make up some fake ATM cards and steal money. Then they get involved in some big government conspiracy. The girl is a blonde and is good with computers. Sorry, I can't remember more. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

"Prime Risk" starred Toni Hudson who was awesome as Denise in "Just One of the Guys".
