Hi there all. I was wondering if any movie gurus here could help me locate a movie from my younger years. The best to my knowledge was it was made in teh later 80's. Storyline I cannot remember. It was about large robots in which a human climbed inside and controlled from inside the robot. They then went into 'combat', like wrestling/fighting in a special arena. I do appreciate any and all help. Thank you.

Wasn't there another robot/mecha movie released around the same time as Robot Jox? I seem to recall something with somebody like Mario Van Peebles or Wesley Snipes in it.

Well, thanks all. It was indeed Robot Jox, and now a copy lives with me. What a cheezy movie, but aww shucks, had to have it. Brings back memories from yesteryear. Thanks again.
