I only caught the end of this movie. It was an 80's sci-fi & everyone was wearing outlandish costumes. The scene that I remember had the heroes & heroine walking into some place while everyone was cheering, everyone except for one woman who seemed jealous of the heroine & she says a weird remark about her boobs being bigger than the heroine's. That's all that I remember.

Definitely not Barb Wire, I saw it sometime between 87 & 89. I checked out the ending of Battle Beyond The Stars & that's not it.
Before renting Ice Pirates, going by the cover I thought that could be it, but no luck there either.
I have yet to check out The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension, Voyage Of The Rock Aliens, Vicious Lips & Earth Girls Are Easy.
