Hey everyone, I have been trying to find this animated movie I used to watch when I was a little girl but for the life of me I cannot remember the name of it. I used to rent it and The Last Unicorn all the time. The one I am looking for had fairies and mermaids in it. The fairies would dance on the water and make a flame. The one fairy made a blue flame on the water. The mermaid wanted to be like the fairies or something. I just can't remember the name of it. I know my daughter would love it if I could only find it. Please let me know if anyone out there has seen it or knows the name of it. I would have watched it in the mid to late eighties. Thanks!
