I have searched for along time looking for this movie. The only thing I can really remeber is a white guy is in the military and is in trouble or something and is sent to a shack with a few African Americans(A.A.).

There is a heavy set A.A. that plays the piano and sings one day in church, and man can he sing. I have wanted to hear that song again for so long now.

I believe the A.A's have there own custom song and march they go by.

I originally thought it was Tom Cruise in the movie, but I can't find anything on it. It was a good movie, and would appriciate anything you can give me.
