ok, so there is a movie that i saw years ago that i could really use some help naming.
it's a thriller/murder movie about a cop who has a metal plate in his his head, and the plate gives him the ability to control things with his mind, and i believe it gives him a connection with a killer. and the story is about his chasing this killer around. I wanna say they have a final show down in a hospital where the killer tries to pull out the metal plate.
does this sound familiar at all to anyone?

haha, yes, it's scanner cop. i didnt realize it was from 94.And clearly i made the metal plate thing up. Thanks so much for the help.

I love the first 3 Scanners films and Scanner Cop. Scanner cop 2 is a bit crap tho.
