I watched a film in about 1982 on VHS. The opening scene of the film features an assination in a government looking square in the USA. As soon as the hit is over, guys jump out of cars with fire extingushers and wash away the blood. Later on, a Ninja squad attack a ofice building for a huge shoot-out... a litle bit like the attack on the volcano in You Only Live Twice. Does anyone know what film I'm talking about?
