Ok so this was a 30-45 minute "tv movie" special that started in 1979 but played through out the 80s as well.
I know because I am 24 but remember seeing it when I was in kindergarden.
Lets see....a disco dancing dracula,a witch that refuses to fly, and a ruined halloween.
Anyone know the name???
PS If you do remember this and want to purchase it, let me know, I will tell you what the name of it is NOW that it has been renamed and can SOMETIMES be found on DVD on Ebay
