I'm on my way making myself a cd of 80's mostly movie soundtrack music. The genre is, if I can describe it some what it's teen Romantic but not down tempo

What about the standard 80s soundtrack songs like "Danger Zone", "Footloose", "I've Had the Time of My Life", "Invincible"!

Was pretty OK. I'm also after those that are not played 24/7 on 80's radio stations. Like Danger Zone everybody is pretty fed up with that one.
