Was wondering if anybody out there can provide the name of a particular movie that, for the life of me, I can not remember. It's a long-shot because I remember very little about it but I will provide the bits and pieces of it and perhaps....someone out there will know? It is one of those California teenager beach-type of movies. I THINK it is an 80's movie. It is basically about three middle-aged businessmen who are older and going thru some sort of mid-life crisis and they are trying to hook-up with younger beach girls. They try but get absolutely nowhere. They notice a young blonde haired good looking guy who they see is getting ALL the girls left and right. I know this guys name in the movie is "Scottie". These 3 older guys ask him if he (Scottie) can teach them how in the world he does it.(also,I believe one of the older guys is bearded and from Texas with a Texas accent. He (Scottie)agrees to do so. I remember that he refers to something called "the BBD" Which stands for "The bigger and better deal" By that he means you may have a girlfriend now.....but when a bigger and better guy comes along....you're history! He explains to the older guys that THEY have to be "THE BBD" to succeed .During all this, ironically, I think this guy"Scottie" is having a little trouble with his own relationship. Sorry, that's all I can remember but maybe some movie buffs out there might recall seeing it. Again...I THINK it's an 80's movie. Thank for any help!
