Has anyone watched a 80's movie they loved as a kid but watched it again recently and thought it was rubbish. I used to love Gleaming the cube and The monster squad but i watched them again and i was really disappointed

I liked "Dirty Dancing" the first time out...cannot stand it now.
"Nobody puts Baby in a corner"...you can't get much schlockier than that.

Not that I can recall. If there is one that I come across that I think is cheesy I think that I like it even more because it is so "80s" to be cheesey!!
