I discovered this site by typing '80's movies'.
But it took me over a month before I discovered there was a messageboard. But hey,... that's me. [Roll Eyes]

I was looking for stuff about a movie, can't remember which one, and it took me a little while to figure out the messageboard thing too. But, I am glad I did too.

Was looking for the soundtrack to Sixteen Candles, found it but not all the songs. I have the tape, it's ok, but still trying to get all the real songs.

I read a recommendation in an issue of "Entertainment Weekly" and, 80s fanatic I am, I decided to check out the site. I wrote a summary of "The Muppets Take Manhattan" and it went up in July 2002.

I've been a contributor to the site ever since.

I found this site about 2 years ago while looking at Goonies and Karate Kid sites. I didn't know it had a message board for like 6 months. I still didn't register right away because I was shy. [Razz]

I was searching for Karate Kid stuff a couple years ago, I clicked a link to the old titled 80s Movie Gateway and the rest is history [Smile] .

Me too, I was looking for "80s" on google and found this awesome site! I used to only come by occasionally to read the info on the movies until I found this message board (like 6 months later...).
Now I can't let a day pass by without checking in on the messages. I was so excited (and relieved) to find that there are other people beside me who love the 80s and the movies this much! [Smile] [Smile] [Smile]
