I can remember a couple of the scenes of the movie.
In one of the first scenes of the movie, a kid is laying in bed, he see's a insect on the wall. He takes out his B.B Gun and shoots it.
In another scene he riding his bike singing "Be Bop Ba lula" comes across a group of kids and dumps a drink on someone calling one of them a lush.
The last scene I can remember is the kid getting beat up in the locker room. The group of kids took locks or something and put them in t-shirts and hit him on his back with it.
I can't remember the name of this movie. I know it was made around the early 1980's. Any help would be great!

I put the soundtrack LP to CD a while ago as I don't own a record player it has a couple of tracks on it that don't exist on any other album or single anywhere.
