Why isnt this movie listed on the Movies SmartMenu
it is 80's and a great movie at that. Its also hard as hell to find. Anyway anyone know why?

You won't find "Pump Up The Volume" on the 80's SmartMenu because it was first released in August 1990. Technically, it's a 90's film.

Pump up the volume I havent seen. But I have seen it in the bargain bin at my local walmart for about $5. You may want to visit your local walmart. Christian Slater and I dont mix to well and I dont know why. But it isnt a hard dvd to find. Good luck

Thanx for the reply's. I had no idea that it was a 90's film, should have done a search, my bad. It sill has that 80's look about it. Or maybe I just think of Christian Slater as an 80's icon of some sort. when I say hard to find I am talking about more so to rent. They dont carry it at Blockbuster. Thanx

By the way the movies at blockbuster can be censored for nudity etc.
