I haven't watched the original series in years but channel hopping one morning last week I happened upon it, it was an episode where a disgruntled man was trying to blow up the mayor during a speech on the pier using a boat full of explosives. I really don't remember the camera work and action scenes being as bad as they were, maybe time hasn't been kind.
