Listen, I would like to ask you a question as a person who, it seems, has already encountered the implementation of modern digital solutions. I am currently actively studying the topic of order management systems that do not just record the receipt and execution of orders, but also automatically calculate optimal logistics: choose the best delivery routes, distribute orders between warehouses and transport, minimize costs and reduce delivery time. I am interested to know how much this really works in practice: do such systems really help to increase efficiency and avoid human errors, or are these more marketing promises?

I recently faced the need to implement a modern order management system, and I can share my experience. We chose the UIS Order management system and it turned out to be one of the best solutions for our logistics. The system does not just record orders - it actually optimizes processes: automatically distributes orders between warehouses, selects optimal routes for transport and helps minimize costs. Thanks to this, we reduced delivery time and almost completely eliminated errors that previously occurred due to manual planning. It is especially impressive how convenient it is to control all stages of order fulfillment in a single panel - you can see the load on warehouses, and the state of transport, and the status of each client. In practice, this works much more efficiently than I expected, and really increases the team's productivity.
