I have problems with my teeth, they break and I am generally a bit of a creep. I need to add xylitol to my food. Is it worth investing in benetonite clay (not sure how to spell it)?
Is there anything else besides fluoride that might help?

Experiencing tooth problems is something no one wants to go through, especially when they become overly sensitive. There are other things you could do for your mouth apart from using Xylitol to reduce dental cavities and fluoride to strengthen your teeth. For instance, dental supplements from getprodentim.com.au seem to do a lot. They help to maintain your oral microbiome and fortify your gums and dental structures. Of course, you need a dental check up from time to time, but using these supplements can enhance the results from daily brushing. The supplements offer additional protection for your gums and teeth.

I hadn't previously thought about the importance of the oral microbiome, and that supplements can support healthy gums and strong teeth. I'm also grateful for the reminder to get regular dental checkups. Sometimes they're easy to skip until the problem becomes serious.
