Do you guys remember in the grocery store there was a Generic section that everything had black and white labels? I was saying about this to my mom tonight. I never see that any more, and I don't remember them ever removing the Generic stuff out, so what happened to it?
I remember someone got married in the Generic Section at a grocery store somewhere around here-years ago- because they met each other there.
I do remember when they stopped doing Green Stamps- which stunk, we collected them, I remember we'd save them all up, and then spend 1 night just licking them and sticking them in the books. There were green Stamp stores that you went to , to redeem them at.
They say that the grocery store is a good "pick up" spot...has anyone ever been picked up, or tried to "pick up" someone in a grocery store??
I have been hit on in the grocery store- many times over the years....never went on a date with anyone from any of it. But, my mom did! She met several men in the grocery stores over the years.
