Rare Sarah Polley sighting! The genetic hybrid run amok storyline is a sci-fi staple and perhaps too familiar a concept these days. But director Vincenzo Natali ('Cube','Cypher') looks to be on form here with some bizzare Cronenberg / Lynch-esque themes.
