well guys i was sad my thread was gone but being the light of the rainbow that is rainbow brite [Wink] i had to start a new one b/c its so related to 80s culture so here is what i got i got some light colored acid wash looking flare leg jeans a bright blue oversized sweatshirt with a yellow and white striped tank to go under and i got some hot pink and silver tennie shoes. thatis the most 80s looking outfit i have bought in awhile and i got a polo that is light purple dark purple and hot pink striped its super cute so i m still on the look out for fun 80s fall fashions so what is everyone else buying and looking for and where do u get your cool retro looking outfits? me i go to hollister. old nacy jcpenny things like that and sometimes thrift stores [Smile] o and i got a big cordiory purse its really cute light brown with big pockets and buckles on it [Smile] happy shopping guys [Smile]

I found a members only jacket at goodwill. I need some rugby shirts with the patches and rubber buttons.

hey lonnie you can get rugby looking tops at old navy or hollister co. i went back to the mall tonight with a friend and i got a cute dark purple sweater with a hood attached that u wear a tank under and i got a flannel shirt that is fitted with snap buttons u also wear a white tank under and a camo print thermal shirt not sure if any of that is 80s but it sure is cute [Wink]

Rainbowbrite, was it you who had mentioned skinny jeans in that other post? People magazine had a two page layout on skinny jeans in last week's issue. It was the double fashion issue, or whatever they call it.

Rainbowbrite I do not go into hollister because the music and the rude people working there give me a headache. Lands End would be a good place to check.

that is true the music is wayy too load and i dont care for the sales people i usually just pop in grab what i went for and leave. i always send my lil sis in first to check and see if they have what i m looking for. i v never been to lands end and yes i did do the thing about skinny jeans even though if your not a size 2 they look funny i m a size 8 so they dontlook right on me lol
