I was listening to the 80s on XM Radio this morning, and this song played. I hadn't heard it in forever. I tried to look it up , and can't find it anywhere...does anyone remember it?

It's a good song, but I hate that warbling vocal effect. It's that same crap that Cher used on her club hit "Believe" and that every other terrible hip-hop infused r&b track seems required to use.

I usually don't like that effect either, but I do in this song...don't know why.
