Does anybody remember JESSE JOHNSON? He had songs like Get to Know Ya (from PRETTY IN PINK) , Be Your Man and Can you Help Me.
He was also in THE TIME with MORRIS DAY.
I was just listening to a mixed CD I made a long time ago and Be Your Man was on there, which made me think of him. He had some pretty good "PRINCE-y" sounding stuff.
