This is one my favorites. Got to love Martha Davis. At work I have a motels greatest hits cd, and I usually throw it on once a week. I like the song Danger too. There's just something about the Motels that brings me smack dab into 82 every time I hear them.

BTW, is Martha Davis still performing? I know she had a bout with cancer back in the late 80's or early 90's, which led to the breakup of the band. Is her cancer in remission?

i love both "Only the Lonely" and "Suddenly Last Summer". great songs. don't know much else by this band though.
those vids defintiely bring me back to empty-v's early days, when they actually played videos.

I didn't know that about Martha Davis.......I had her exactly same hairstyle for a few years (like she has in the video), ...I was wondering what happened to her too.

She's still around. She and the Motels were on VH1 Bands United a couple of years ago. They still sounded great.
