Remember these guys? I took guitar lessons from both Chris and Frank from this band back around 87-88. They were originally called "RED ALERT" but had to change their name because it was copy-writed when they hit it big. Lead singer Mike did all the vocals for the movie "Rock Star" with Mark Walberg.

Aww, yeah! Steelheart rocks! And the lead singer showed his dedication to the music, making a miraculous recovery after being almost permanently disabled by his stage accident.
I love how Rock Star pays tribute to the singers of Steelheart and Iron Maiden.

I remember this song, I saw their tape back in the day but didn't pick it up. The singer had a hella high voice.
